Job Description
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience in commercial leadership, go-to-market, or revenue strategy within Digital Media, Advertising Technology, or SaaS.
- Deep platform experience and extensive technical knowledge of how ad exchanges operate; programmatic, supply/SSP economics, bidstream signals, floors, rebates, and post-auction mechanics.
- Strong commercial sense: proven ownership of pricing, packaging, margin, and monetization decisions that move revenue and profitability.
- Excellent communicator who can create strong narratives, translate complex technology into value propositions, and package solutions that win.
- Ability to react to market feedback — competitive, agency, and pricing signals — and act decisively on it.
- A track record of liaising with Product to shape roadmap, positioning, and commercial readiness.
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver enablement programs that improve commercial KPIs, and to lead across regions and functions.
- Bachelor’s degree.
