Job Summary
Own content lifecycle across social channels from ideation to delivery, balancing trend-driven ideas with Dolby brand voice, while coordinating publishing, community listening, and live-event support for global campaigns.
- Content pipeline ownership across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X from ideation to asset delivery.
- Publishing discipline and calendar management to meet platform specs for campaigns and moments.
- Community listening and creator ops to surface UGC, engage audiences, and coordinate influencer activations.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Content Creation and Creative Ideation
- Support development of social-first content across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X
- Assist in editing short-form video such as Reels, TikToks, and Shorts, and create static assets using tools like Canva or Adobe
- Contribute ideas for culturally relevant, trend-driven content tied to entertainment, music, film, sports, and creator culture
- Help ensure all content aligns with Dolby’s brand voice, tone, and global strategy
- Publishing and Channel Management
- Support day-to-day publishing workflows across global social channels
- Assist in maintaining content calendars and ensuring assets meet platform specifications and best practices
- Help track assets across teams and ensure timely delivery for campaigns and key moments
- Live Event and On-the-Ground Support
- Support content capture and coordination for live events such as concerts, premieres, and partner activations
- Assist with pre-event planning including shot lists, content plans, and posting strategy
- Help organize and upload event assets for global team access
- Creator and Operational Support
- Assist with creator and influencer activations, including research, vetting, and tracking deliverables
- Support internal workflows including asset management, approvals, and documentation
