Anticipate future market shifts to uncover whitespace opportunities, develop strategic growth hypotheses, and guide investment, innovation, and commercialization decisions.
Guide strategic planning, portfolio decisions, and investment priorities using data-driven intelligence.
Ensure innovation pipelines are grounded in validated customer and consumer needs and supported through the stage-gate process.
Works with the Brand and Marcoms COE to translate insights into thought leadership and with Regional Marketing to shape customer engagement strategies and go-to-market execution.
Build and scale AI-enabled insights capabilities that accelerate decision making and competitive advantage.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration (MBA), Data Analytics, Economics, Market Research, or a related commercial discipline preferred.
12-15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Insights, Strategic Marketing, Market Intelligence, Commercial Excellence, Business Strategy, or related functions within global B2B ingredient, food, beverage, specialty chemical, life sciences, or sophisticated CPG organizations.
Demonstrated track record of translating insights into business outcomes, including shaping growth strategies, influencing investment decisions, supporting innovation commercialization, and driving profitable revenue growth.
Deep expertise in customer, consumer, market, competitive, and business intelligence, with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable recommendations for executive and commercial audiences.
