Job Description

Responsibilities

TV & CTV Investment Strategy
Develop annual and quarterly media strategies aligned to business objectives and customer growth goals.
Partner with our media agency to build media plans across linear TV, streaming, and emerging video platforms.
Recommend investment levels, channel mix, audience strategies, and flighting based on business priorities and performance.
Continuously evaluate new partners, inventory opportunities, targeting capabilities, and measurement solutions.
Lead our Agency Partnership
Serve as the day-to-day strategic lead for our TV and CTV agency relationship.
Challenge media recommendations with thoughtful questions and data-driven insights.
Hold agency partners accountable for planning quality, optimization cadence, innovation, reporting, and performance.
Lead weekly business reviews and quarterly planning sessions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred
3-5 years of experience in TV, Connected TV, video media, or integrated media planning
Experience managing agency relationships and influencing external partners
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into strategic recommendations
Strong communication and presentation skills, including experience presenting to senior stakeholders
Comfortable working cross-functionally with other Marketing teams, Creative, Analytics, Finance, and Executive Leadership
Highly organized with excellent project management skills and attention to detail
Experience working: Within a media agency supporting national TV/CTV clients; Substitute experience would be in-house for a consumer brand managing TV and video investments.
