Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive communications strategy aligned with business objectives
Build and manage an integrated communications calendar across channels and stakeholders
Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics to measure effectiveness and inform continuous improvement
Plan and execute live events (Incl. ACT, MED, etc.), trade shows, customer ride-and-drives, and technology days
Coordinate messaging and materials to ensure a cohesive brand presence
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize event impact and follow-up opportunities
Support media relations efforts, including press materials and coordination of interviews
Identify and manage external speaking opportunities, including executive preparation and messaging
Ensure alignment and consistency across all external communications
Create engaging content for social media platforms, aligned with brand voice and campaign goals

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field
1+ years of experience in corporate communications, marketing, or a related role, including student experience
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills across multiple formats and audiences
Experience with event planning, media coordination, and digital content creation
Proficiency in presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Canva) and video editing tools
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively across teams
Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and interpreting communication metrics
