Job Summary

Own the influencer program from strategy through execution, tying campaigns to revenue and growth; lead a small team and coordinate with cross‑functional partners to land creative, budgets, and compliant deliverables.

Growth & Execution: Develop and present influencer strategies across clients; forecast impact and align to business outcomes.
Team & Cross‑function: Manage and mentor juniors; collaborate with Dentsu teams and support new business efforts.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary day‑to‑day client contact for influencer marketing initiatives

Requirements

3 years minimum r elevant agency experience
Proven influencer marketing and project management experience
Hands-on experience with platforms such as CreatorIQ , Captiv8, or similar
Experience managing teams, budgets, and contracts
Strong communication , organization, and prioritization skills
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with attention to detail
Growth-minded, collaborative, and accountable leadership style
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
Comfortable working remotely, with flexibility to work from an office when needed
