Job Summary

Own the digital marketing strategy and execution, leading AI-powered personalization, integrated campaigns, and UX/CX excellence across channels, with cross-functional leadership and data-driven ROI focus.

  • Own strategic direction and cross-team alignment for digital marketing and AI-powered personalization.
  • Lead integrated campaigns across SEO, SEM, content, social, and display with a strong data stack.
  • Drive UX/CX improvements and ADA-compliant experiences that boost engagement and ROI.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership and Innovation: Define digital strategy and adopt emerging technologies including Generative AI to personalize marketing.
  • Digital Strategy Execution: Lead integrated campaigns across SEO, SEM, content, social, and display.
  • UX/CX and Accessibility: Optimize websites and digital experiences for engagement, SEO, ADA compliance, and brand alignment.
  • Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing digital marketing team.
  • Cross-Unit Alignment: Bridge strategy and tactical execution across business units.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Track campaigns and derive ROI insights to adjust strategies.
  • Marketing Technology Management: Oversee marketing automation platforms to streamline lead nurturing and engagement.
  • Stakeholder & Vendor Partnerships: Collaborate with Sales, IT, Product, and external partners to amplify initiatives.
  • Operational Excellence and Budget: Drive efficient operations and budgeting for digital programs.
  • Analytics Stack & BI: Develop the marketing data stack to support strategic decisions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' management experience leading teams.
  • Advanced digital marketing expertise across strategy, CRM, social, SEO, and data analytics.
  • Proven experience presenting business concepts and roadmaps to senior leadership.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a changing environment.
  • Positive, professional demeanor and adaptability.
  • Ability to navigate evolving work and business climates.

Preferred

  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of digital marketing strategy experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of UX/HCI principles and tools, plus basic tech familiarity (HTML, Bootstrap, etc.).
  • Experience with UX and human-computer interaction concepts preferred.
