Job Summary

Own the digital asset stack end to end, including site maintenance, marketing automation, and cross-channel coordination that ties assets to measurable attribution and MQLs.

Own digital asset upkeep across SWBC’s web presence and related sites along with automation and paid media touchpoints.
Coordinate with the Digital Marketing Manager and Marketing Analyst to shape automation, SEO, lead nurturing, and campaign execution.
Align with social and content teams to drive traffic and identify gaps in the attribution model.

Job Description

Build and manage the digital asset stack end to end across SWBC's web presence and digital platforms, own marketing automation, and ensure cohesive activity to drive MQLs and attribution.

Assist and support the digital team in maintaining and managing all digital assets, including SWBC’s web presence, marketing automation system, digital platforms, and delivery vehicles for digital advertising assets.
Take strategic direction from Digital Marketing Manager on how/when to implement marketing automation, paid advertising, retargeting, search engine optimization, workflow/lead nurturing, and inbound/outbound marketing strategies and tactics.
Work alongside the Marketing Analyst to pivot marketing campaign executables.
Manage and maintain content on swbc.com and related sites (e.g., swbcmortgage.com).
Complete daily requests from the business to perform daily maintenance tasks on digital assets.
Work closely with the Social Media Team to ensure cohesiveness across social media activities as they pertain to the digital landscape to drive traffic to external-facing websites and identify Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) via lead nurturing.
Essential duties: supports website updates, blog promotion and publishing, and coordinates all digital media activity per business needs (usability, functionality, and site content enhancements).
Work with marketing management to ensure site meets company standards and overall strategy.
Monitor impact of digital media assets in coordination with Marketing Analyst for reporting, analysis, and recommendations to maximize results.
Support the sales process and attribution model by understanding how the marketing automation system and CRM interact to identify gaps or recommendations.
