Job Summary
Own GEO strategy development and advisory for pharma AI search optimization, translating client goals into actionable roadmaps and measurable business impact across brand, medical, and digital teams.
- GEO Strategy & Roadmaps: define optimization scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing with pharma domain credibility.
- Audit & Maturity: assess AI search readiness and prioritize improvements across content, structured data, and entity authority.
- Content & Governance Transformation: guide AI-first content workflows and publishing governance to boost LLM discoverability.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- GEO Strategy & Roadmaps: translate client objectives into GEO strategies and roadmaps for pharma brands and AI ecosystems.
- Engagement & Workshops: shape engagement strategy, lead client workshops, and ensure pharma-grounded, measurable impact.
- Audit & Maturity: conduct GEO audits, identify AI search readiness gaps, and define prioritized roadmaps.
Requirements
- 8+ years in digital strategy, SEO, content strategy, or digital marketing with at least 3+ years in a strategic/consulting role.
- Minimum 1–2 years in GEO, LLM content strategy, or AI-driven search optimization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Marketing, or related field.
- MBA from a premier institution.
Preferred
- Certifications in SEO/GEO, Digital Marketing, AI/ML, or Analytics (Google, BrightEdge, Moz, HubSpot, Semrush, Profound) are an advantage.
