Job Summary

Support and accelerate growth by building IBFlash’s brand, coordinating cross-functional content and marketing initiatives, and shaping future finance recruiting media and infrastructure.

  • Grow brand and online presence while aligning with startup growth goals.
  • Collaborate on content, social, and distribution to expand reach and drive engagement.
  • Help design scalable media infrastructure to attract finance-focused talent and partnerships.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Help grow the IBFlash brand and online presence
  • Collaborate on content, growth, and marketing initiatives
  • Contribute to social media, community, and distribution efforts
  • Brainstorm viral content ideas, partnerships, and growth strategies
  • Work directly with the IBFlash team on startup growth initiatives
  • Help build the next generation of finance recruiting media and infrastructure

Requirements

  • Strong interest in finance, startups, growth, creator economy, or social media
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
  • Strong communication and execution skills
  • Entrepreneurial and self-starter mentality

Preferred

  • Familiarity with finance recruiting culture, online communities, or content creation is a plus
