Job Summary

Own end-to-end social production for a travel-focused agency, delivering platform-optimized content and driving the execution of social strategies across multiple channels.

Lead concepting, shooting, editing, and posting social-first video content
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to extend campaigns and report on performance

Job Description

Responsibilities

Support the execution of a social-first brand strategy, ensuring consistency across platforms
Work with project team and client(s) to execute social media strategies
Be the on-the-ground expert and creator: concept, shoot, edit and post social-first video content to align with the strategy in place
Work alongside social media, account, and creative team members to develop impactful content ideas and concepts that extend marketing campaigns and brand initiatives
Deploy communication and aid in the delivery of overall social strategy
Execute high quality social-first shoots and develop social first video to help grow client(s) social media presence, balancing speed with quality
Execute end-to-end content production including planning, on-set capture, and post-production editing using mobile and/or professional camera equipment
Optimize content for platform-specific formats, ensuring proper framing, resolution, aspect ratios, captions, and use of trending audio
Assist with content scheduling, publishing, and real-time engagement
Assist in social media reporting for clients that include an analysis of current social activity and future marketing recommendations based on content performance

Requirements

5+ years of experience in social production, agency experience is a plus
Experience working with content for social media channels, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, Pinterest and YouTube
Ability to communicate clearly in the proper social media “voice” and “tone”
Strong creative writing skills
An understanding of all forms of social media interactions
Imaginative attitude, with a passion for creating and experimenting
An understanding of Adobe Creative Suite and its application across social
Experience working with social creative editing platforms such as CapCut or Canva
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint or similar tools
Must be passionate about social media and on top of industry best practices and trends
