Draft promotional content for email, social media, and event listings; get onto popular calendars to share awareness, using eventbrite/luma/facebook/etc to promote
Gather customer feedback, analyze engagement metrics, and suggest improvements to event campaigns
Brainstorm and schedule events (targeting one-per-week over the summer into fall), including themed workshops, business fairs, and webinars tailored to families and young learners

Requirements

Strong Event Marketing skills to support planning, promoting, and evaluating online events, workshops, and launches
Foundational Marketing and Sales abilities to assist with campaigns, funnels, and converting interest into registrations
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage families, respond to inquiries, and represent the brand positively
Comfort with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Workspace, project management platforms) and basic social media usage
Strong organizational skills, reliability in meeting deadlines, and willingness to learn and take initiative in a fast-moving environment

Preferred

Interest in education, youth entrepreneurship, or edutainment; prior experience in student clubs, events, or outreach is a plus
Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Communications, Education, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required
