Job Summary

Own and accelerate GTM for Life360 Ads products, influence roadmap with advertiser voice, translate capabilities into vertical outcomes, and enable field sellers with ready-to-use narratives and tools.

  • Growth/GT M: Build end-to-end GTM plan and launch calendar, cross-functional readiness, and field storytelling.
  • Roadmap influence: Represent advertiser needs in product and sales planning with competitive and vertical insights.
  • Vertical solutions: Turn product features into outcomes like store visits and purchase lift for key verticals.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Own End-to-End Product GTM Strategy and Execution for Life360 Ads products, launching with crisp narrative, trained sellers, and field tools.
  • Influence the Ads Product Roadmap by representing advertiser and seller voice with competitive trends and feedback.
  • Build Verticalized, Outcomes-Oriented Solutions translating capabilities into vertical-centric value like store visits and purchase lift.
  • Drive Sales Enablement with training, narratives, vertical solution packaging, and collateral that gets used in the field, and measure what works.
Requirements
  • 12+ years in digital advertising with significant leadership experience in product marketing, solutions, GTM, or ad product strategy at a scaled ads platform.
  • Proven track record operating as a senior cross-functional leader across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Legal.
  • Experience building verticalized ad solutions or outcomes-based products (store visits, foot traffic, purchase lift, household audiences) from the ground up.
  • Strong product sensibility paired with commercial acumen. You understand how products get built and how they get sold.
  • A history of influencing roadmap direction, not just executing against it.
  • Track record of building GTM strategy and sales solutions from scratch.
  • People leadership experience. You’ve built and developed teams.
  • Strong communicator who turns complexity into clarity for both technical and commercial audiences.
  • Comfortable moving fast with incomplete information and driving toward resolution.
  • Experience developing joint business plans or strategic partnership frameworks with major advertisers or agencies.
