Responsibilities

Lead content planning decisions across assigned brand(s), applying a strong understanding of industry seasonality, observances, and promo calendars.
Determine trends in top-performing content, create lookalike content, and identify new content to test.
Oversee monthly promoted social budgets, including updates and rollovers, and ensure adherence to overall budget limits; coordinate budget-related communications with brand partners.
Analyze online conversations about brand and industry, and monitor competitor social media communities and channels, to sharpen target audience insights.
Monitor and analyze competitor social media communities and social channels.

Requirements

Ability to lead content planning decisions with a strong understanding of the social media channel and it’s mediums.
Strong relationship management skills, able to serve as primary liaison on projects.
Experience overseeing and forecasting monthly paid social budgets by brand and audience.
Experience with Adobe Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Strong enthusiasm for learning, with a habit of asking good questions and thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
3-5 years of experience in social media management (with portfolio)
Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, digital marketing, public relations, or a related field, or relevant experience
