Job Description

Responsibilities

Assist in planning and implementing trade marketing programs and promotions.
Creates and combines Product Line Review materials and ensures timely delivery to retail partners.
Create and manage Integrated Commercial Calendars to align business needs and stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute channel-specific initiatives. Deliver these initiatives to retailers and ultimately our end consumers.
Monitor trade spending and ensure compliance with budget guidelines. Create promotional planning guidelines and individual trade plans by retail channel.
Identify ROI for trade events and create profitable promotional plans
Create and distribute trade-related reports on business performance and provide actionable insights.
Lead cross-functional workstreams for both trade initiatives and retailers
Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders for multiple concurrent project

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in trade marketing, sales, or brand management.
Strong analytical and project management skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Experience supporting CPG, retail, or consumer goods environments
Exposure to retailer execution, promotions, or go to market planning
Experience working cross functionally with Sales and Marketing teams
Efficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
High level of organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and be a self-starter within a team setting
