Job Summary

Own daily operations around leasing data, resident relations, events, and revenue optimization, coordinating vendor partnerships and ongoing marketing efforts.

Manage leasing metrics and reporting
Organize resident and marketing events and campaigns
Build vendor relationships and maintain community presence

Job Description

Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain model and tour route on a daily basis
Assist with the maintenance of property curb appeal
Assist in tracking and reporting of leasing data, metrics and goals
Assist in developing and executing methods to retain residents and gain new ones
Create and maintain relationships with vendors
Organize and manage monthly resident events
Organize and manage monthly marketing events
Prepare for and execute housing fairs and other on campus events
Assist with social media campaigns to maintain a social media presence
Ensure follow up activities take place for all prospective residents
