Customer Engagement: Be the point of contact for companies and employees using Picnic. Ensure a smooth experience and help drive repeat usage.
Drive expansions: ensure current customers love Picnic and enable expansions - whether getting more orders from current eaters, adding additional dining slots or offices, or even referrals
Local Marketing: Plan and execute grassroots marketing—flyering, pop-ups, sampling, events, and whatever else you dream up to make Picnic known in your city, for the right POCs.
Content & Social: Help shape the local brand voice and content to supplement local marketing efforts
On-the-Ground Insights: Be our eyes and ears in the market—share ideas, trends, and feedback with the broader team.
