Job Description

Responsibilities

Build and lead the RGM function, including pricing, trade spend, promotion investment, portfolio mix, and analytics.
Own RGM strategy and governance across pricing, trade spend ROI, and portfolio mix optimization.
Act as a trusted commercial and financial advisor to senior leadership.
Translate pricing and investment decisions into NSV, margin, ROI, and cash flow impact.
Lead distributor, channel, customer, and SKU-level profitability analysis.
Partner with Strategy, Marketing, and Finance on portfolio design, premiumization, and innovation economics.
Design and implement RGM tools, systems, and analytics to enable insight-led decision-making.
Establish core RGM metrics, reporting standards, and governance routines.
Embed best-practice RGM processes across Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
Develop elasticity models and scenario planning to assess price, volume, and mix tradeoffs.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
7+ years of experience in RGM, Commercial Finance, or Spirits industry roles
Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and data storytelling skills
Experience with syndicated data and SAP
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
