Job Summary

Own and drive property marketing initiatives to boost traffic, occupancy, and leasing performance while coaching teams and ensuring marketing compliance.

Define and execute marketing plans tied to occupancy and revenue goals
Coach leasing teams and optimize conversions across markets
Collaborate with regional managers and leasing teams to identify growth opportunities

Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and execute property marketing plans that increase traffic and occupancy
Partner with Regional Managers, Property Managers, and Leasing Teams to improve leasing performance
Analyze market trends, occupancy, pricing, and competitors to make marketing recommendations
Manage online reputation, social media, and digital advertising
Review leasing calls and provide coaching to improve conversions
Train leasing teams through GraceHill, webinars, and other learning platforms
Audit leasing activity, YARDI data, and marketing compliance
Prepare marketing and performance reports while identifying new opportunities for growth

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
3+ years of marketing experience (multifamily preferred)
1+ year of apartment leasing or property management experience
Experience with digital marketing, social media, and online advertising
Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills
Willingness to travel throughout Rapid City, SD and Sioux City, IA
