Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning
- Campaign Strategy: Develop and build full-funnel, multi-channel campaign strategies and present recommendations to internal teams and clients. Contribute meaningfully to client planning sessions alongside strategic consultants.
- Media Planning: Work within self-service platforms (Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Dv360, etc) and external media reps (sports vendors, sponsorship partners, CTV, OOH, traditional, etc) to process and send RFPs. Generate media plans and proposals; recommend budgets and monitor/adjust spend in real time across all managed accounts.
- Channel Mix Optimization: Evaluate and recommend the right channel mix, targeting approach, creative strategy, and ad structures to drive consistent KPI improvement.
Execution & Optimization
- Campaign Management: Independently set up, manage, and optimize campaigns across paid social, programmatic, CTV, digital audio, and OOH channels within platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, DV360, and MNTN. Fully own budget/pacing management and proactively communicate any issues with the internal account team.
- Continuous Optimization: Proactively identify and act on optimization opportunities across all managed campaigns to meet or exceed client KPIs. Quickly troubleshoot and resolve performance and delivery issues.
- Data Integration: Leverage first- and third-party data for audience targeting and segmentation to improve campaign precision and efficiency.
Analysis & Reporting
- Performance Analysis: Own the numbers. Analyze performance data across media platforms, GA4, client-provided data, and Looker dashboards to surface macro and micro trends affecting client outcomes. Bring “data curiosity” to every account.
