Job Description

Responsibilities

Global Brand Strategy & Portfolio Management
Partner with the Biosurgery leadership team to develop and execute global brand strategy.
Drive segmentation, positioning, pricing, claims, and product lifecycle management.
Support commercial leadership and overall brand performance.
Regional Alignment & Execution
Partner with regional marketing teams to ensure flawless execution of global strategies.
Align global priorities with regional and local market needs.
New Product Development & Launch Excellence
Lead commercialization planning for new products and line extensions.
Provide customer insights and Voice of Customer input into product development.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required.
6-8 years of progressive business experience required.
3 years of proven experience in Marketing or Sales required.
Experience in the healthcare industry and the Medical Device industry required.
Experience with Marketing Excellence/Mastery, including Launch Excellence principles required.
Excellent cross-functional influencing skills and ability to develop customer relationships required.

Preferred

An Advanced Degree (i.e., MBA, MS) preferred.
Previous regional in-line marketing and/or Global marketing experience preferred.
Experience in product development including needs assessment, portfolio management and product lifecycle management preferred.
Experience with supply chain, global brand management, influencing a Medical Device sales force and new product launch preferred.
Demonstrated experience developing and using customer insight preferred.
Proven ability to work in a Global organization with multi-disciplinary collaborators preferred.
Ability to travel up to 60%
