You will own field outreach to generate residential leads, qualify homeowner interest, and schedule in-home consultations while representing Renewal by Andersen and helping the team hit targets.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Report daily to the Appleton office and participate in team meetings to review goals, strategy, and prior results
Represent Renewal by Andersen professionally in residential neighborhoods
Engage homeowners in conversations about their windows and doors
Deliver clear, engaging product information and interactive presentations
Qualify homeowner interest and schedule in-home consultation appointments for sales representatives
Consistently meet or exceed individual and team performance goals

Requirements

Professional, outgoing demeanor with strong interpersonal and communication skills
MUST have valid driver's license and clean driving record
Self-motivated, results-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
Comfortable working independently while contributing to a team environment
Willingness to walk neighborhoods and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
Prior experience in sales, customer service, marketing, canvassing, hospitality, service industry, or related fields is preferred but not required
