Responsibilities

Global Strategy & Investment: Create and drive best-in-class global subscriber acquisition, investment frameworks, and programmatic media strategies that align with overarching brand and subscriber targets across programmatic display, video, connected TV (CTV), social, and search.
Hands-on US Management: Personally oversee and execute hands-on digital investment, planning, and buying for the US market, ensuring rapid responses to performance data, efficient inventory routing, and rigorous multi-variant testing. Accountable for client budgets and managing costs while exceeding performance and viewability goals.
International Coordination & Optimization: Act as the central hub for global digital investment alignment, coordinating and optimizing performance across key international clusters (UK, FR, DE, CA, AU, BR, MX) to ensure consistency, pricing efficiencies, and shared performance learnings. Deliver thought leadership on programmatic and acquisition roles in the marketing ecosystem, and provide insights on channel opportunities.
Programmatic Subject Matter Expertise: Act as the global champion for programmatic discipline, managing high-level DSP/SSP partnerships, evaluating cutting-edge ad technology stacks, and piloting custom programmatic investment and implementation processes. Tracking industry innovation and identifying new partners and technologies for best-in-class channel strategies.
Digital Innovation Pipeline: Lead digital innovation and thought leadership initiatives globally, delivering insights on channel opportunities, emerging ad tech, and programmatic's evolving role in the broader marketing ecosystem. AI Driven optimization and Python/ custom Algorithm maintenance and development.
Platform Innovation (Omni): Lead the team’s advanced utilization of Omni, effectively leveraging our people-based marketing platform to drive precise global audience activation, develop creative channel planning ideas, analyze premium digital content inventory, and contribute to the overall success of our investment strategies.
Financial Accountability: Maintain absolute accountability for massive global client budgets, leading negotiation efforts, and managing complex media costs while consistently exceeding investment, subscriber volume, and viewability goals.
Team Leadership & Mentorship: Manage, mentor, and nurture a highly agile team of digital and programmatic channel specialists, providing strategic guidance and fostering career growth in a fast-paced environment.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal Strategy, Analytics, and Tactical Planning teams to ensure efficient and effective coordination of campaign setup, adjustments, and optimization while translating data into clear client insights.

Requirements

Experience: 10+ years of digital media experience, including a minimum of 5 years managing, mentoring, and nurturing diverse media teams in a fast-paced agency or brand environment.
Programmatic Mastery (Expert): Deep technical and strategic understanding of programmatic display, video, and CTV buying platforms (DSPs) is required. Proven experience operating as a hands-on keyboard practitioner in the US market.
Data & Analytics (Expert): Exceptional analytical skills with a proven track record of working with massive data sets. Strong understanding of methodologies for evaluating subscriber acquisition data, attribution modeling (MTA/MMM), and downstream subscriber lifecycle metrics (LTV, Churn, CPA).
Ad Technology & Marketing Stacks (Advanced): Deep expertise in ad servers, tag management systems, identity solutions, data clean rooms, programmatic implementation processes, and 3rd party verification tools (including DoubleVerify and IAS).
Data Visualization (Advanced): Hands-on experience building actionable performance and investment dashboards using data visualization tools like PowerBi, and/or Tableau.
Integrated Media & Investment Knowledge (Expert): High-level understanding of integrated cross-channel media planning and investment principles, including how programmatic intersects with paid search, social, and broader brand/awareness initiatives.
Entertainment/Subscription Experience (Desirable): Previous experience managing large-scale subscriber acquisition, streaming services, premium entertainment apps, or transactional digital products is highly desired.
Global Mindset (Desirable): Demonstrated ability to navigate cross-cultural nuances and effectively manage communication, marketplace partnerships, and optimization tracking across multiple international markets (LATAM, EMEA, APAC, NA).
