Job Description

Responsibilities

Appear confidently on camera for educational videos in both English and Spanish.
Record short-form and long-form video content.
Edit videos for YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
Design basic graphics and thumbnails.
Schedule and publish content across multiple social media platforms.
Maintain an organized content calendar and posting schedule.
Work with our team to develop new educational topics and campaigns.
Monitor engagement and recommend ways to improve reach.
Keep digital media files organized.
Ensure all published content is accurate, professional, and aligned with our mission.

Requirements

Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
Excellent communication skills
Comfortable speaking in front of a camera
Experience editing video content
Experience using a variety of social media platforms
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong organizational and time management skills
Reliable and detail-oriented
Ability to meet deadlines consistently

Preferred

Experience with Canva, Opus Clips, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar editing software
Experience managing multiple social media platforms
Experience creating short-form social media content
Experience writing engaging captions and headlines
