You will own end-to-end multimedia content creation and storytelling to boost hospice fundraising, collaborating with the Marketing Team and 45 partner hospices.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain brand and drive engagement

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • create engaging multimedia content including video, motion graphics, photography, graphics and digital assets for use across a range of marketing and communication channels
  • From planning through to editing and final delivery, you'll transform ideas into compelling content that informs, inspires and engages audiences
  • Working closely with our Marketing Team, Social Media Officer and over 45 hospice partners, you'll help develop powerful visual storytelling that supports fundraising campaigns, strengthens our brand awareness and encourages communities across Great Britain to support hospice care

Requirements

  • Experience creating engaging digital content from concept through to delivery, including video, motion graphics, photography and graphic design
  • Strong video production and editing skills, with experience using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and other creative software
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and InDesign, with a keen eye for detail and visual storytelling
  • A creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to bring ideas to life through compelling multimedia content
  • Excellent organisational skills, able to manage multiple projects, prioritise workloads and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to collaborate with colleagues, partner hospices and external stakeholders
  • An understanding of brand management and the importance of maintaining consistent messaging and visual identity across all channels
  • Experience creating content for social media and digital marketing campaigns
  • A willingness to travel across Great Britain when required, with access to your own vehicle
  • Most importantly, a passion for using your creativity to make a difference and help generate vital funding for hospice care
