Own a marketing engine for a boutique VFX studio, shaping strategy, brand presence, and market signals to unlock growth across the UK and beyond.

Marketing strategy ownership: define and execute the studio’s marketing plan and campaigns.
Brand and digital presence: manage the brand, website, and social channels to drive awareness and credibility.
Market intelligence: monitor trends, competitor activity and campaign results to surface growth opportunities.

Developing and implementing the studio's marketing strategy
Supporting business development through proposals, presentations and client outreach
Managing Koala FX's brand, website, social media and digital presence
Building and maintaining relationships with clients, partners and industry contacts
Monitoring market trends, competitor activity and campaign performance to support future growth

Experience in marketing, PR or business development within the VFX, film or wider creative industries
Experience developing and delivering marketing campaigns across digital platforms
Strong understanding of brand management and digital communications
Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify market trends, competitor activity and commercial opportunities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging clients, partners and internal teams

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Adobe Creative Cloud (including InDesign and Premiere Pro)
Canva and other digital content creation tools
Experience managing social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok
Multilingual communication skills and experience working in global environments would be highly valued
