Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Youll build the strategies that drive customer growth across retail, ecommerce and new commercial initiatives.
  • Working closely with Retail, Digital, Audience Insight and Marketing teams, youll help create a more connected customer experience across every touchpoint.
  • Youll introduce better performance marketing, stronger customer thinking, improved measurement and foster a culture where commercial decisions are driven by insight rather than assumption.

Requirements

  • You9re probably built customer growth in a consumer business - retail, travel, hospitality, entertainment - the sector is less important than the fact that you work at an organisation where marketing directly drives commercial performance.
  • As the ideal candidate youre commercially minded but customer obsessed. You understand digital acquisition, ecommerce, customer journeys and performance marketing.
  • You enjoy working across functions, influencing stakeholders and helping organisations become more customer-centric.
  • Most importantly, youre motivated by building something.
