Job Summary

Own and drive UK&I marketing by translating European strategy into localized plans, leading multi-channel campaign activation, and turning customer insights into compelling market positioning and growth outcomes.

  • Market & Campaign Leadership: Localize strategy, plan, and assets to maximize UK&I impact while staying aligned with European priorities.
  • Activation & Analytics: Deploy multi-channel campaigns (SEO, email, ABM, social, events) with localization, measure ROI, and optimize for lead quality and conversion.
  • Insights to Action: Gather customer feedback and competitive intel to strengthen positioning, inform campaigns, and support sales with differentiated storytelling.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy & Planning: Translate overall business strategy into clear UK&I marketing priorities and actionable plans aligned with European strategy.
  • Campaign Activation & Market Deployment: Lead activation of European campaigns in UK&I, adapting plans to local conditions while maintaining alignment with European strategy.
  • Multi-channel Orchestration: Coordinate SEO/local search, email and marketing automation, ABM programs, social/media planning, and events to maximize local impact.
  • Market Insights & Positioning: Conduct structured market/competitive analysis and translate insights into refined value propositions and customer stories.
  • Voice of Customer & Feedback: Support VOC surveys and translate end-customer feedback into stronger market positioning and campaign effectiveness.
  • Sales Alignment & Campaign Follow-up: Partner with sales to ensure lead follow-up, conversion, and alignment between marketing assets and sales goals.
  • Budget & Performance: Manage cluster marketing budgets, define KPIs, track performance, and optimize spend and ROI.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with country leadership, European teams, and growth strategy to ensure assets and tools are aligned with local needs.
  • Local Market Localization: Identify local market specificities, trends, and expectations to refine messaging and channel mix.
  • Campaign Localization & Asset Management: Ensure timely availability and optimal use of central assets, with localization for the UK&I market.
