Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and coordination of tourism marketing campaigns.
  • Assist with promotional campaigns for destinations, travel products, holidays, attractions, accommodation, and travel experiences.
  • Research destinations, tourism products, traveller interests, and relevant market information.
  • Assist in developing campaign ideas, themes, and promotional concepts.
  • Help organise campaign information, timelines, promotional materials, and assigned tasks.
  • Support the preparation of tourism-related campaign content and promotional materials.
  • Assist with social media and digital campaign activities where required.
  • Help coordinate seasonal travel campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Review campaign information to ensure that tourism products and promotional details are accurate.
  • Support the communication of campaign messages across appropriate channels.

Requirements

  • - Strategic leadership and organizational management skills, including experience developing vision, setting priorities, and leading cross-functional teams.
  • - Business development, partnership management, and stakeholder engagement skills to build and sustain relationships with funders, institutions, and expert networks.
  • - Financial management and operational oversight experience, including budgeting, resource allocation, and performance monitoring.
  • - Background or strong familiarity with energy, climate, AI, or digital technology sectors, particularly in African or Global South contexts.
  • - Excellent communication, negotiation, and public speaking skills, with the ability to represent the organization in international and multicultural settings.
  • - Demonstrated ability to work on-site in Metro Manila and collaborate effectively with remote and cross-border teams.
  • - Proven experience in senior leadership or founder/owner roles within mission-driven, policy, research, or technology-focused organizations.
  • - Relevant academic background in fields such as public policy, international development, business, technology, or related disciplines, or equivalent practical experience.
