Responsibilities

• Own merchant acquisition, responsible for new registered and sellable merchant growth
• Expand and optimize acquisition channels (paid ads, CRM, agencies, events) to improve scale and efficiency
• Build merchant segmentation (e.g. HiPo) and design differentiated onboarding strategies (commission incentives, ads credits, etc.)
• Optimize funnel conversion (registration → onboarding → activation) to drive early-stage GMV
• Develop localised strategies across EU markets, balancing scale and ROI

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in e-commerce / marketplace platforms
• Proven experience in Merchant acquisition / seller onboarding, Merchant operations / growth / BD
• Strong understanding of European merchant ecosystem: Brands / SMEs / distributors / service providers
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking: Able to design growth models (CAC / LTV / funnel conversion)
