As a TikTok Live Moderator, you'll be on the frontline of keeping our communities safe — monitoring live streams in real time, enforcing TikTok's Community Guidelines, and escalating high-risk situations with speed and sound judgme

nt.

🔍 What you'll be do

ing:• Reviewing TikTok Live streams in real time and taking action on policy violat

ions• Identifying hate speech, harmful content, scams, and sensitive scena

rios• Escalating mental health and safety incidents through the correct chan

nels• Documenting decisions accurately and contributing to quality rev

iews• Staying ahead of emerging trends and coded language used to evade detec

tion

for:• Strong knowledge of TikTok and live streaming cu

lture• Excellent judgment in fast-moving, ambiguous situa

tions• Resilience and healthy coping strategies when handling distressing co

ntent• High attention to detail and consistency under high-volume work

loads• Experience in content moderation or trust & safety (desir
