Own the student recruitment workflow from initial outreach to enrolment, driving inquiries, organising events, and maintaining records across social channels and local partnerships.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create and post engaging content on TikTok, Instagram and Facebook
  • Respond to enquiries by telephone, WhatsApp, email and social media
  • Contact potential students and book office consultations
  • Follow up applicants throughout the enrolment process
  • Promote Trueway Advisers at community locations and local events
  • Distribute leaflets and develop relationships with local businesses
  • Help organise open days and student recruitment events
  • Keep accurate records of enquiries, applications and enrolments
  • Work towards agreed recruitment targets

Requirements

  • Previous experience in marketing, sales or student recruitment
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Confidence speaking to potential students in person and by telephone
  • Experience using TikTok, Instagram and Facebook for business
  • Good organisation and follow-up skills
  • A reliable, professional and target-driven attitude
  • Good written and spoken English
  • The right to work in the United Kingdom

Preferred

  • Speaking Bulgarian, Turkish, Romanian or Albanian would be helpful but is not essential.
