Job Summary

Own and grow strategic client partnerships by leading account stewardship, shaping multi-channel marketing plans, and translating data into measurable ROI for B2B clients.

  • Account Leadership: Own senior relationships, act as strategic advisor, and drive quarterly business reviews.
  • Marketing Strategy Delivery: Develop and execute integrated plans across paid media, SEO, content, and analytics to meet client goals.
  • Growth and Insights: Identify upsell opportunities, monitor campaign performance, and present data-driven ROI recommendations.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Act as the lead point of contact for assigned key accounts, managing client relationships with professionalism and strategic insight.
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with client business goals, ensuring high-impact outcomes across campaigns and channels.
  • Collaborate with internal creative, media, and analytics teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling services based on client needs and emerging market trends.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance data, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve ROI.
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations, quarterly business reviews, and performance reports.
  • Stay informed on industry developments and competitors to proactively advise clients on new opportunities.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and scopes to ensure delivery excellence within defined constraints.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of account management or client strategy experience, ideally within an agency environment.
  • Proven record of building long-lasting client relationships and managing large, strategic, B2B accounts.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing landscapes, primarily paid media & SEO , along with content, and analytics.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to think both strategically and tactically with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot and Teamwork)
