The gig: You and the other coordinator alternate weeks. On your week, you shoot, edit, and publish 3 quality posts. Have fun with it — try to go viral.
Create TikTok and Instagram content — filming, editing, voiceovers, cooking demos
Be on camera, including street-style interviews and founder shoots with me (in person every other week, 1–2 hrs)
Come up with post ideas and help plan a posting schedule
Product photoshoots (Photoshop/photography/AI editing skills a big plus)

Requirements

Proficient at creating and editing short-form video
Comfortable on camera with real personality
Creative, self-directed, allergic to mailing it in
Love food. (Also: cannot be allergic to peanuts, fish, or sesame — the sauce has all three!)
Commitment: One 20-min Zoom per week + one in-person shoot every other week. The rest is on your schedule.

Preferred

The upside: Crush it for 3+ months and I'll write you a personal letter of recommendation, you get a startup on your resume — and if you're superb, we'll talk full-time.
