Responsibilities

• 💌 Talent Support
• - Helping manage creators’ inboxes & replying to brand emails (don’t worry, training included)
• - Assisting with brand partnerships from brief to posting
• - Learning how creator partnerships & negotiations work behind the scenes
• - Supporting day-to-day creator management tasks
• - Keeping your supervisor updated on projects
• 📱 Social Media
• - Reposting & scheduling our creators’ content across platforms
• - Engaging with creators & brands daily (comments, DMs, interactions etc.)
• - Brainstorming content ideas & trend-based concepts
• - Helping us stay up to date with what’s happening online

Requirements

• Location: Remote (UK-based preferred)
• Hours: 10-15 hours per week (super flexible)
• Start Date: ASAP
• Internship Duration: 3-6 months (with potential to grow into a longer-term role)
• Has experience using social media platforms (personal accounts totally count!)
• Extremely organized and loves keeping things on track
• Ambitious, proactive, and excited to grow
• A fast learner who takes initiative
• Creative with lots of ideas
• Deeply understands social media & internet culture
• Comfortable engaging with brands and creators online
• Confident, bubbly, and social
