Job Summary
Own creator partnerships and influencer outreach to scale the Icon network, with hands-on lead tracking and intro-call facilitation that feeds founder's growth goals.
- Partnership & Creator Growth: Identify athletes and fitness influencers and build early relationships.
- Outreach & Scheduling: Start conversations on Instagram, TikTok, and email and book intro calls for the founder.
- Pipeline & Reporting: Track leads, partnerships, and network growth to inform strategy.

Requirements
- Strong Communication skills, especially in conveying brand voice
- Ability to analyse social media performance metrics and suggest optimizations
- Pursuing or holding a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
