Responsibilities

• Social Media & Digital Marketing
• Helping manage and develop SMR's social media presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
• Creating engaging social media posts, graphics, reels, videos and promotional content.
• Planning, creating and scheduling content across multiple platforms.
• Producing content showcasing live projects, machinery, products, company achievements and environmental benefits.
• Supporting email marketing campaigns, newsletters and customer communications.
• Using graphic design and video-editing software to produce professional marketing content.
• Supporting website updates, company news and the publication of case studies.
• Monitoring social media engagement and using analytics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Researching marketing trends, competitor activity and new ways to increase SMR's visibility.

• Experience using Canva or similar design software.
• Basic experience creating and editing video content using CapCut or similar software.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or Premiere Pro.
• Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling tools.
• Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Mailchimp or other email marketing platforms.

• Photography, videography and video editing.
• Basic graphic design and brand development.
• CRM systems and customer database management.
