Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Strategy, design & planning - creative thinking to help us reach our targets, including research, concept dev, tactical ideas, refining tone of voice
  • Admin and operations - making time to collaborate, build and maintain task lists, check in with the team
  • Production - creating original content ready for posting, developing scripts and digital formats, responding to trends, writing caption text, visual hooks etc
  • Publishing - managing CAL’s three channels (IG, TT, YT), working with audience partners, building audience and allocating boost budget
  • Training - sharing your social media publishing expertise with the network (Fellows and Partners)
  • Reporting - keeping the team up to date on progress, views, engagement and building an End of Year report.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience
  • Based in the Europe or US only
  • Content production - share examples in your application
  • Strategy - share an overview of in your application
