Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Leading social media strategy and content planning across multiple accounts
  • Overseeing the creation of high-quality, on-brand content across platforms
  • Acting as the day-to-day client lead, building strong relationships and providing clear counsel
  • Driving forward planning, ensuring activity aligns with client objectives and key moments
  • Leading influencer campaigns and overseeing community management
  • Planning and optimising paid social campaigns across key platforms
  • Analysing performance, reporting on results and making data-led recommendations
  • Identifying opportunities to grow accounts and introduce new ideas
  • Supporting new business pitches and agency marketing activity
  • Lead the planning, execution and performance of social media campaigns across your client portfolio - ensuring everything we produce is strategic, engaging and effective.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years’ experience in social media or digital marketing (agency preferred)
  • Proven experience managing client accounts, guiding clients and delivering campaigns end-to-end
  • Strong understanding of both organic and paid social
  • Experience leading influencer campaigns and cross-channel activity
  • Confidence in reporting, analytics and KPI delivery
  • Experience managing or mentoring junior team members
  • A proactive, organised and solutions-focused mindset
