Responsibilities

• You’ll work across the full social journey - from ideation and content creation through to publishing, community management, reporting and optimisation.
• You’ll collaborate closely with Creative, Social, PR and Client Services teams, helping develop impactful social campaigns and ensuring content is culturally relevant, platform-native and aligned with client objectives.
• You’ll be responsible for creating and delivering social-first content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and X, working across a range of exciting client accounts.
• Presenting ideas and insights to clients.
• Scripting, filming and editing content.

Requirements

• 4+ years’ agency experience creating and managing social content
• Strong experience across TikTok, Instagram and other major social platforms
• Hands-on content creation experience - scripting, filming and editing
• A strong understanding of social trends, native formats and platform behaviour
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills
• A proactive, curious and creative mindset
• Confidence using analytics and turning insights into action
• The ability to balance big creative thinking with strong execution
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
