Responsibilities

• Creating, filming and editing engaging Reels and short-form video content.
• Supporting social media growth across our clinic, academy and founder brands.
• Developing fresh content ideas, hooks and creative concepts.
• Repurposing high-performing content across multiple platforms.
• Supporting exciting campaigns, product launches and promotions.
• Helping turn social media engagement into genuine business growth.

Requirements

• Creative, proactive and full of ideas
• Confident filming and editing short-form video
• Experienced with Instagram, TikTok and content creation
• Organised, self-motivated and comfortable managing multiple brands
• Commercially aware; you understand that great content should do more than just look good.
• Positive, collaborative and happy working in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

• Experience in beauty, aesthetics, education or personal branding would be a bonus, but isn't essential.
