Responsibilities

• Most SMMs queue posts. The right one runs the whole engine — generates the ideas, owns the calendar, and holds the team accountable.
• You;ll own the operating system behind our content: calendar, scheduling, traffic-control across editors, copywriter, designer, and founder. You;ll also bring your own creative mind — proposing positioning, content angles, post ideas, and how the page should look.

Requirements

• 2+ years running content operations, ideally in personal-brand or creator businesses
• Fluency in Notion, ClickUp, Airtable, or similar
• Full-time, self-dependent, takes ownership of outcomes
• Structured and organized — you run the calendar with discipline
• Creative mind — you generate post ideas, positioning angles, and content directions, not just execute briefs
• Leadership — you hold creatives accountable and give clear feedback on what;s working and what isn;t
• Operational discipline — you ship on time, every time
• Spine — you push back on weak work without breaking the relationship
• Constant tracking — every piece in the pipeline, every deadline, every metric
