Job Summary

Own the social engine for a fashion brand, shaping cross‑channel strategy and leading brand storytelling through social-first content, influencer partnerships, and community-building with close alignment to PR and performance teams.

  • Cross‑channel strategy & brand storytelling: set overarching social direction, campaigns, and ongoing brand narratives.
  • Influencer & performance integration: manage influencer partnerships, paid social boosts, and alignment with performance marketing.
  • Community & measurement: nurture the online community, define KPIs, and translate insights into optimised social activity.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Shape and deliver a cohesive cross-channel and platform-specific social strategy
  • Own brand-led weekly social planning, publishing and execution, balancing key campaign moments, always-on brand stories and reactive content
  • Develop social-first asset briefs, ensuring all content reflects the brand identify and TOV
  • Own paid brand social activity, including brand-led focused campaigns in line with seasonal activity, always-on weekly boosting and paid talent collaborations
  • Stay ahead of trends, cultural moments and platform changes to keep the brand relevant and competitive
  • Build and manage an engaged online community, placing customer interaction at the heart of activity
  • Co-ordinate social integration across wider marketing activity to ensure a consistent approach across campaigns and channels
  • Work closely with the PR team to align influencer gifting to a considered talent strategy
  • Collaborate with the performance marketing to align organic and paid social activity
  • Support affiliate/ commercial opportunities via platforms like LTK

Requirements

  • Degree preferred but not essential
  • Proven experience in social media and influencer marketing, ideally within fashion (4 years+)
  • Proven experience developing and executing bot organic and paid social campaigns
  • Experience managing influencer partnerships
  • Demonstrated ability to balance brand storytelling with commercial focused social activity
  • Strong understanding of social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and emerging platforms
  • Strong knowledge of paid social activity, boosting strategies and content optimisation
  • Excellent understanding of social trends and platform behaviour
  • Experience using social scheduling, listening, reporting and analytics tools
  • Ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
