Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead social for multiple brands, not just calendar management or trend-driven content.
  • Act as each brand's in-house Social Media Manager on a fractional basis (often 1-2 days/week per brand).
  • Grow social accounts with genuine impact and commercial results across platforms (video and static content).
  • Create content across platforms and accompany creative execution with strategic thinking.
  • Articulate a strong POV on how brands should use social media to cut through and influence founders when needed.
  • Knowledge and application of influencer marketing and affiliate marketing approaches across platforms.
  • Possess a willingness to develop junior team members and potentially manage reports as the team grows.
  • Be flexible with varying support arrangements and occasionally take full end-to-end ownership when required.
