Own the social and influencer engine for a luxury fragrance brand, translating campaigns into platform specific content, maintaining the content calendar, and driving influencer partnerships to raise awareness and conversions.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and execute social media strategies across brand campaigns, product launches, store openings, services, and partnerships.
Translate campaign briefs into engaging, platform-specific content plans across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
Create compelling social copy and collaborate with the marketing team to produce high-quality content, including imagery, short-form video, and reels.
Manage and maintain the social content calendar aligned with launches, seasonal moments, and business priorities across in-store & online.
Schedule and publish content while ensuring consistency in tone, aesthetic, and messaging.
Monitor performance metrics and optimise content based on data insights and trends.
Support paid social campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team or external agencies.
Identify, research, and connect with relevant influencers and creators within fragrance, beauty, fashion, and lifestyle.
Build strong, long-term influencer relationships that reflect brand values and positioning.
Plan and execute influencer campaigns that drive awareness, education, engagement, and conversion.

Requirements

2–3 years’ experience in social media and/or influencer marketing
Strong knowledge of the UK influencer landscape, particularly within beauty, fashion, or lifestyle
Proven experience executing social campaigns for brand or product launches
Understanding of Meta platforms (organic and paid)
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Passion for luxury branding, fragrance, and storytelling

Nice-to-have

Confident content creator with strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills
Commercial mindset with ability to analyse performance metrics and measure ROI
Highly organised with strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills
