Job Summary

Own the frontline social engine for a diaspora audience, driving organic growth, community engagement, and influencer coordination across multiple platforms.

Growth & Engagement: Own organic social execution and community sentiment insights to inform campaigns and localisation.
Partnerships: Coordinate influencers and partners, tracking deliverables and ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
Content Localisation: Localise messaging for corridor audiences and support live event coverage.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage daily organic posting across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn.
Execute the approved social media content calendar in alignment with campaigns, product launches, and events.
Adapt captions, formats, and posting styles per platform while maintaining brand tone and compliance.
Support marketing campaigns, PR initiatives, and events through organic amplification.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across all platforms in a timely and professional manner.
Foster positive, respectful engagement within diaspora communities.
Identify and escalate sensitive queries, complaints, or product-related questions in line with internal compliance and escalation procedures.
Monitor audience sentiment and recurring feedback, sharing insights with the wider marketing team.
Support influencer and community partnership campaigns through content coordination and organic amplification.
Act as the day-to-day point of contact for influencers and partners for: Posting timelines, Content formats & Brand guidelines and tagging requirements
