Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Creating and editing engaging video content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn.
  • Playing a key role in shaping and growing our TikTok and YouTube channels, helping define what great content looks like for new audiences.
  • Travelling to major events, shows and campaigns to capture behind-the-scenes content, rider stories, horse welfare work and everything in between.
  • Working with teams across Communications, Welfare, Education, Membership, Fundraising, Access and Safety to create compelling social content.
  • Managing and scheduling content across our social media channels to maximise reach and engagement.
  • Monitoring and engaging with our online communities, responding to comments and messages in a friendly and professional way.
  • Using social media insights and performance data to identify opportunities and improve future content. Bringing your own ideas to the table too.
  • Supporting colleagues across BHS to capture great content and follow social media best practice

Requirements

  • You love creating social media content and have strong video editing skills.
  • You're always the first to spot a trend and enjoy turning ideas into engaging content.
  • You understand what works on TikTok, Instagram and other social platforms and enjoy experimenting with new formats.
  • You're a creative storyteller with a good eye for visuals and detail.
  • You're confident engaging with online communities and building relationships through social media.
  • You enjoy using data and insights to improve performance and shape future content.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
  • You want your creativity and content skills to make a positive difference while helping grow one of the UK's most loved equestrian charities.
