Responsibilities

• We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow our presence across social media platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for content planning, publishing, community engagement, campaign support and performance reporting.
• Manage the company's social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X and YouTube where applicable.
• Develop weekly and monthly social media content calendars.
• Create engaging posts, captions, stories, reels and short-form video content.
• Schedule and publish content across all relevant platforms.
• Work with graphic designers and video editors to develop creative content.
• Monitor comments, messages, reviews and customer enquiries and respond professionally.
• Keep up to date with social media trends, platform updates and emerging content formats.
• Support paid social media campaigns, boosted posts and lead-generation campaigns.
• Monitor brand mentions and online conversations.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Media or a related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing or content creation.
• Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok.
• Good copywriting and communication skills in English.
• Understanding of Meta Business Suite and social media advertising.
• Basic graphic design skills using Canva or similar tools.
• Basic video editing and short-form content creation skills.
• Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
• Ability to interpret social media performance data.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
