Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for managing and developing the social media and digital content across 360 Dental, 360 Visualise and 360 Orthodontics.
• The role combines graphic design, organic social media, photography and video, paid advertising and customer marketing support.
• Take day-to-day ownership of the social media presence across all three 360 brands. Plan and manage a structured content calendar while also reacting quickly to opportunities, trends, events, product launches and customer stories.
• Create engaging organic content including posts, reels, stories, videos, interviews, educational content and product-focused campaigns.
• Generate ideas rather than simply execute instructions; bring original creative thinking to the business.
• Video production including planning, filming and editing high-quality content for social media, advertising, product education and customer campaigns.

Requirements

• Strong professional graphic design background
• Excellent creative judgement and attention to detail
• Good working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator
• Good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
• Good working knowledge of Final Cut Pro
• Strong understanding of Instagram and Facebook
• Good working knowledge of Meta Business Manager and Meta Ads Manager
• Experience creating and managing paid social campaigns
• Understanding of audience targeting and retargeting
• Strong video filming and editing skills
