Own and drive Wish Photography’s social media and content strategy across platforms, leading planning and execution of posts, Reels and campaigns while monitoring performance and contributing to broader marketing efforts.

Job Description

Responsibilities

planning and creating engaging social media content, writing captions and promotional copy, scheduling posts, and managing our social presence through platforms such as Meta Business Suite.
using Canva and AI tools to develop creative content efficiently, while continually looking for fresh ideas to grow engagement, reach and enquiries.
content creation will be a key part of the role. You’ll create Reels, short-form videos and behind-the-scenes content, capturing the personality of the studio and giving potential clients an authentic glimpse into the Wish Photography experience.
manage email marketing through Mailchimp, helping to plan and deliver campaigns, promotions and communications to our customer database.
support wider marketing activity including seasonal campaigns, promotions, partnerships, website content, lead generation and other initiatives that help bring new clients through the door.
monitor the performance of our marketing activity, use insights to understand what is working, and contribute ideas to improve future campaigns.
be an integral part of an ambitious and close-knit team, contributing to marketing, administration, content creation, and the day-to-day life of the studio.

Requirements

Experience working in social media, content creation, marketing, or a related creative role
Great copywriting skills and outstanding verbal communication
Confident creating engaging Reels, short-form videos and behind-the-scenes content
Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook and social media trends
Experience using Meta Business Suite and managing social media content
Experience using Canva and AI tools to create and develop marketing content
Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp
